 "description": "<DIV STYLE=\"text-align:Left;\"><P STYLE=\"font-size:16ptmargin:0 0 0 0;\"><SPAN><SPAN>The Wallarah Creek Floodplain Risk Management Study and Plan has been prepared by Catchment Simulation Solutions in accordance with the requirements of the NSW Government\u2019s \u2018Floodplain Development Manual\u2019 (NSW Government, 2005) and the State Government\u2019s Flood Policy.<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P><P /><P STYLE=\"font-size:16ptmargin:0 0 0 0;\"><SPAN><SPAN>The Wallarah Creek catchment comprises a mix of urbanised and rural land uses and includes the suburbs of Blue Haven, Wallarah and Bushells Ridge as well as part sections of Doyalson, San Remo, Charmhaven and Woongarrah.<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P><P /><P STYLE=\"font-size:16ptmargin:0 0 0 0;\"><SPAN>The 1%AEP flood extents were filtered to only display areas subject to an inundation depth of at least 0.15 metres.<\/SPAN><\/P><DIV><P><SPAN /><\/P><\/DIV><\/DIV>",
